Moving to the Cupertino area?
When relocating to a new area, you may have an overwhelming amount of things on your mind: a different job, different schools, a different church, different daily routines, and of course, finding a new place for your family to call "home".
At Mikasa Homes & Funding, I understand this, and I am an expert in relocation. I have a long history of finding buyers the right home by following a refined process guaranteed to speed up your search.
When relocating, you probably won't have the luxury of looking at every conceivable area listing. At best, you might be able to see a couple dozen, so pare down the list first thing with these tips:
Send me two lists a few days before arriving: One should be of things you must have. The other should be for optional things you want. When a house can't fulfill your basic needs, we can obviously take it out of the list.
Have a predetermined price range. This could be based on mortgage or a conservative estimate of how much you'll get from the sale of your present home.
How long of a commute are you comfortable making each day to work and other interests? Traffic in the Cupertino area could be different than what you're currently experiencing, so tell me your expected drive-time, and I'll seek out homes based on my knowledge of drive times in the area.
Before we meet in person, I could send you recommendations for listings we should see.
Or if you've got a list of properties in mind, let me know what you've found.
While virtual tours and photos are helpful, there's nothing like visiting homes in person. I can arrange any necessary appointments and map a route. We could see up to 8 or 10 homes in a single day with the proper planning.
My focus is to see to it that by the end of your trip, you can be comfortable in the knowledge you're on the right track to finding the best home for your family. Call me today at (408) 499-6105 to start your home search.
